Customer Question

I installed two bryant roof top units.
They leak right where the cold air return is under the unit.
You can see it dripping.
When it's raining outside.
I think it's migrating through the separation wall by the burnt and the coND ender area.

Its possible that the partition between the condenser area and the rest of the unit was not sealed properly at the factory.
The water would then migrate along any seam to the return opening.
Remove all of the unit service panels and see if you can follow the water trail, a bit of red food coloring would help find the traces.
