On the rear of the motor there is small red square.

Well without testing with voltmeter I would say the control is bad and not dending 115v to transformer or oil burner motor.
You woull need to flip the control up to see the wires underneath and see if the orange wire getts 115v after reset pressed.
No 115v = bad control with reset.
115v present on orange with no operation = bad motor.
