I am working on a Trane Gas furnace. It cycling off after three

I am working on a Trane Gas furnace. It cycling off after three minutes because the limit switch opens then after a minute the it cycles on. The limit switch (inti7-4724, L140-30) is designed to open at 140 degrees f. The furnace model# XXXXX XXXXX Is this the correct limit switch for this furnace?
