My lennox gas furnace, with electric ignition will not light.

Customer Question

My lennox gas furnace, with electric ignition will not light. The flue blower won't shut off for hours. What's wrong.

Welcome to Just Answer,

You could have a (partially?) blocked vent or a faulty draft pressure switch. If the igniter initializes then you could have a faulty gas valve or control board
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

the igniter doesn't come on, and this thing worked perfect a week ago. Oh I just tried the A/C, that doesn't work either, and the flue blower is still running. I think the circuit board might be fried, thanks to an electrical storm we had a couple of days ago.

Should have diagnosed further before I ask. thanks for the response.
