Old Fraser Johnston A/C. The capacitors test good and the relay clicks in, but the compressor or fan won't run. What else can I check

If the contactor pulls shut and the capacitors are good, then you need to check the contactor points and make sure the 240v is present...actually you need to ensure you have 2 legs of 120 that = 240v. One blown fuse will still show 120v to ground on all test points...but when measured leg to leg do not have 240
