Customer Question

Have you ever had a water treatment (salt softener) cause a foaming effect in a electric boiler. The boiler is 20kW and operates at 70psi. It's used for a steam sterilizer in a hospital. We're getting a contamination into the chamber of the sterilizer when only steam should enter. The contamination tastes like salt. Any ideas on how to remedy the problem?

It sure sounds like the softener is not wok properly, Most like the rinse cycle is out of time and not rinsing the risin out properly. ( not rinse long enough)
