my heat pump keeps tripping the breaker. replaced the capicitor

my heat pump keeps tripping the breaker. replaced the capicitor and checked for grounds everything is ok.

There has to be something shorted. Check all the wiring that runs on the internal portion of the unit. Sometimes these wires can touch up against the copper lines and melt to them causing a direct short.
