Customer Question

I have an older gas furnace Lennox model: G12Q3E-110-6, that today stopped heating air. Cool air will blow, but there is no flame. Our model says not to manually light the pilot light as it is an electronic ignition. When I hit the reset on the thermostat upstairs, I can hear it click as if trying to light. When I turn the know that says pilot from on to "pilot" and push down I can hear the gas. Any ideas?

Nope. The ignition unit is Honeywell and has a peach colored wire and a green wire running to it.
