We have a nordyne / intertherm FEH-017HA-04. After replacing

Customer Question

We have a nordyne / intertherm FEH-017HA-04. After replacing the thermostat the blower will only run on heat mode. All wires were double checked and fuses at the condenser. We replaced the blower relay yesterday and the blower kicked on immediatley. The problem is it won't shut off, no matter what setting we change the thermostat to. When it was set to cool the condenser did not come on either. What now?

I will try to help you sort it out if you like.

I need to know where all of the low voltage connections are terminated on the stat, air handler and outdoor unit.
