The fuse-link on my carrier gas furnace is bad. The furnace

The fuse-link on my carrier gas furnace is bad. The furnace starts and then the one runner on the left starts to back up flame into the front of the furnace. We have cleaned all burners and cleaned out heat exchanger box but still does it.
There still a draft problem something is blocked should not back up. Check the chimney and flue pipe for obstruction
