Good Morning, and thanks for the question.

Sounds like a tough time for Pete, and a definite quandary for you! Yes, some photos would be very helpful. Also, I have a few questions to ask you, so we can narrow down the possibilities of the condition.

1): How old is Pete?

2): Do you know how long this condition has been present?

3): Are you referring to the fetlock region, and is it affecting the front or the hindlimb?

4): Any noticeable swelling in the pastern area?

5): Is Pete noticeably lame?

Thanks, ***** *****’m looking forward to hearing from you.
