Hello there. I am an internal medicine specialist and I would be happy to help. First, I would like to ask you some questioins. Have you taken his temperature? If not, I would recommend taking it and if it's above 101.5 degrees F, I would recommend calling a vet out immediately. A fever can explain being off-feed and being lethargic. Also, is he passing normal quantity of manure and is it of normal appearance? How long has the duration of the clinical signs been?
