we have a mini at our farm in Texas that came from NH one week ago. the 5 yr old now has a nasal discharge - light yellow. should i do uniprim?

I would not be surprised if Poppy has a bit of an upper respiratory infection from the stress of travel & adjusting to a new environment. Initiating a 5 day course of Uniprim would probably be prudent, but do watch for any exacerbation of signs, including an increase in the discharge, swelling in the throat area, lethargy, cough &/or loss of appetite.
