Disconnect the battery cables and hold them together for 5 minutes or longer.
Reconnect the battery cables positive first then negative.

That will reset the radio, you will need the radio code and you will have to enter it.

If that does not work then the radio needs to be replaced. You may have a bad servo inside the cd player. You cannot repair the radio, the parts are not separate. They are replaced as an assembly.
