Both passenger and driver...

Both passenger and driver rear power doors stopped working at the same time. They will not open or close. They both make an attempt to move then just beeps. I have tried to reset them to no avail.

I am a Honda/Acura technician of 11 years so I know the brand well. The most common problem here is going to be with the sliding door center rollers (see picture). What happens is the two roller guides get worn out and fall apart. This allows the door to wobble up and down, then causes the door to get in a bind when moving. This will cause the computer to think there is something in the way of the door which is why it shuts itself back. In most cases replacing the center roller will fix the problem. I will include a link to view the factory part, part number, and reduced online pricing. If you have any additional questions just let me know.
