Yup

Mechanic's Assistant: What is the model/year of your Honda?

Fuses are intacked

Mechanic's Assistant: What year is your Honda?

2004 CRV

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your CR-V yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yes removed the panel and checked the switch connection all switches are receiving power but I think there is a disconnect somewhere that won’t power the up function

Hello my name is ***** ***** welcome to just answers! I will be assisting you with all of your vehicle questions today. Give me one moment while I review your question and come back with a answer. Please be aware I do not know your skill level or abilities so I will be asking a lot of questions and in a lot of cases we will respond to each other quite a lot before we find a solution. As far as phone calls are concerned that is the system prompting you, not me, and they do cost more money, I prefer text but in some cases a phone call is required. If I don’t answer right away or quickly in conversation I am helping another customer or have stepped out for a moment and will respond as soon as I can. Ok lets get started!

OK have you checked power at the window motor when operating the switches in the up position?

Can you review how I would do that so we are on the same page
Mechanic for Honda: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

turn key on, operate switch in up position and with a multimeter check the connector at the motor for power and ground

Mechanic for Honda: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

HONDA PLATINUM was great. I really appreciate his help. I was ready to trade my new Honda until he told me to wait until I got 3,000 miles on it and my gas mileage would get much better.

I took the Power Steering O-Ring service bulletin linked from JustAnswer to my Acura dealer, and not only did they no-charge the o-ring, they also replaced the power steering pump at no cost.
