2007 Accord hybrid. The check engine, IMA and sometimes the gas cap lights come on. Up to 7 codes last time I had it checked. They stay off for days or come back on in a day or two.
I replaced battery pack a few months ago and no its good and the remaining codes make no sense, either.
No other symptoms except cruddy mileage at 27.0 for past few hundred miles. It gets much worse in town.
So, if it is a problem with the unit sending the codes, how can I figure it out?

Today's codes:
61-1. Battery voltage malfunction
83-1. ECM/PCM relation malfunction
P0430. Catalyst system 02 bank 2 sensor
out of threshold
P0AC4. Hybrid power train control module
requested MIL
P0A7F. Battery pack deterioration
Then apparently some repeated.
Customer reply replied 7 months ago
Replaced both battery/hybrid pack, new serpentine, tensioner, and tune up and timing belt/water pump replaced.Besides the lousy mileage of 28.5 on Hwy and much lower in town, I don't have much else to offer except it sounds like a diesel and always has when cold.

Your answers were clear and the diagrams were perfect. Dealer wanted $87 for an hour of labor and even I did it in 15 minutes.

HONDA PLATINUM was great. I really appreciate his help. I was ready to trade my new Honda until he told me to wait until I got 3,000 miles on it and my gas mileage would get much better.

I took the Power Steering O-Ring service bulletin linked from JustAnswer to my Acura dealer, and not only did they no-charge the o-ring, they also replaced the power steering pump at no cost.
