Thanks, ***** ***** am not there running tests etc with scanner and so on but from what I know and by your description? you may have a bad "main relay" Its the PCM relay. They have a high fail rate and temps can affect it, It is up under drivers dash. I attached 2 pictures, The one of the part could ? look a little diffrent. I am thinking the main relay is or has failed

yes it is. it is a small electronic relay and will not let starting and temps can affect it
