I'm assuming you have a CR-V.
The headlamp not working could be a wiring issue or possibly a failure in the module inside the fuse box in the dash, which is what controls the lights. If the high beam on that side works then you should be able to rule out a power feed issue.
Do you know whether it's power or ground you're missing at the bulb?
