JA: Have you checked the brake fluid? How's the level and when was it last changed?
Customer: No, I havent
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?

Customer: I've replaced the tail lights. They light up if the lights are turned on. When I press the brake pedal...nothing

Need to start by checking fuse#13 10 amp fuse underhood fuse boc. If goo, possibly a bad brake light switch.
