Hello I will help,

2.3L engine? 4 door?

That is fuse #6 in the driver's side fuse block.

Let me know if that is what you need

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
the fuse is good. Replaced front O2 sensor and CEL for heater circuit malfunction still on after clearing code. Only thing left to throw the code would be a short in the wiring harness?

It could be an open in the circuit. Do you have a voltmeter?

Good, check the fuse for 12 volts to both of the testpoints on the back of the fuse then unplug the sensor and check all 4 connections for 12 volts/ Let me know if you find one and if the fuse has 12 volts.

All testing is key on engine off.

Okay thanks....

You see where I am going with this?

The fuse sends 12 volts to one side of the heater resistor in the sensor with the key on, if that is present at the sensor connector you will place the other lead from the meter on the ground wire from the computer to the sensor heater and see if the meter shows 12 volts, if it does not the computer is not grounding the heater in the sensor to turn it on so the fault code is set in memory.

Let me know how I can help you with this

Thank you
