Customer: yes had a dog collar seatbelt attachment plugged in for a day or 2
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: 2014 accord sport 2.4
JA: Are you fixing your Accord yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes i will try i only diconnected the neg batt terminal

no warrenty car was in an accient 2 years ago no bags were deployed, so i need an scanner with srs to find out whats wrong

exactly yes... a scan tool with air bag functions will lead us to the failure..the srs system trouble codes are required
