JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: i have my vin number but how do you enter it with letters
JA: What year is your Honda?
Customer: and the numbers only go up to6

You need to enter the radio code.

I can get you the radio code, if you send me both the vin and serial numbers. To get serial number, turn radio off. Hold 1 and 6 buttons at the same time then press the power on button, the radio code will be displayed on the lcd screen of the radio. It will be an 8 digit number.
