A/c started blowing hot while driving on highway. I felt car gear down as I was passing another car. A/c began blowing hot immediatedly after that
JA: Have you checked the Freon level?
Customer: Btw 2013 CRV
JA: Are you fixing your CR-V yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I was going to check relays. Haven't attempted any repair ter

A good place to start would be the compressor relay. The computer in your CR-V may disengage the compressor while passing for more power and it sounds like the relay may have stuck "off"

There are 3 black relays in the underhood fuse box that are all the same. You can swap them around and see if the compressor comes back on. The other 2 are for the cooling fans so I would not suggest driving around with a bad realy in the cooling fan spot.
