My 2002 Odyssey driver side sliding door lock will not

Customer Question

Hello my 2002 Odyssey driver side sliding door lock will not unlock
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: yes
JA: Are you fixing your Odyssey yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Have not tried anything but to remove the sliding door panel and the rear driver side panels to expose the door actuator and components.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I believe the problem may be the fuel fill relay or maybe the fuel fill door switch but I need to identify them and where I can check them to make a determination on if they are faulty.

Have you tried the factory reset procedure for the sliding doors?
