Customer Question

I have a 2014 Honda Pilot touring edition. The remote will not unlock the driver door, the door has stopped unlocking when the vehicle is put in park and I have to manually unlock with the key or the lever from inside. The other doors work fine.
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: yes. My car also has an aftermarket alarm
JA: Are you fixing your Pilot yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I havn't tried anything as of yet, I thought maybe it was a fuse.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's it, thank you

There is not a fuse for each door lock. You might have an issue with the wiring from the alarm installation or a bad door lock actuator.
