Customer Question

My used 2004 Honda Civic radio serial # 2707 5460 lists my radio code as###-##-####but this # does not work as there is no input button for 0.
JA: Has the battery been recently disconnected? Have you checked the manual or the glove box for the radio code?
Customer: There was a battery change but unfortunately there is no stickers or manuals that came with this car.
JA: Are you fixing your Civic yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Got the serial # from the radio by pressing #1 & 6 at same time. Looked up code with Vin & serial # thru Honda site but code received does not work.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so but thank you.
