JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: code 43 reset twice
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: 95 accord 2.2
JA: Are you fixing your Accord yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes i am at first gave me code 7 thats why changed tps but tps was not new there a way to test with ohm meter
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

then reset light went on test ride code 43 showed up

If it's just 43 now, this would be a problem with the heated oxygen sensor. I would recommend running through the flow chart I provided to ensure the circuits are good before replacing anything.
