handsfreelink came on with no prompting and will not turn off even when key is removed from ingnition
JA: Can you turn the steering wheel at all? And what about the key? Is it worn or damaged?
Customer: yes, drove car to work and key looks fine

The hands free link module will often lock up electronically and stay on with the key off, causing a battery draw. The HFL would be the most likely cause for this.
