I also replaced the right front axel drive and balljoint recently. While doing this the wires for the wheel speed sensor i belive broke and i fixed them by using a wire crimp. Could this have come undone and cause the lights to appear? I tried wiggling the wires to see if the light would turn off but no go.

Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

Yes the broken wire is where I would check first, you could replace the abs sensor for that wheel it will come with the harness. If you had a scan tool that can read abs codes, you could see which wheel speed sensor is causing the problem.

Is thereany place that does that kind of testing free of charge? Is there anything else that could be causing this problem besides the broken wire?
