Disconnect both battery cables (positive and negative) and hold them together for 15 minutes. Then reconnect one at a time, positive first then negative. This should reset the system.
If this does not work then you are probably looking at replacing the screen to correct the problem.

Under the hood. You may want to think about bringing this to the dealer, they can reset with the scan tool, and can replace the screen if needed.
