It should work with that phone.
Can you explain what is happening and what you have tried so far.
Disconnect both battery cables (positive and negative) and hold them together for 15 minutes. Then reconnect one at a time, positive first then negative.
Also restart your phone.
If this does not work, bring to the dealer, there may be a software update for your system available from Honda.
