Customer Question

Not so good. I accidently dropped the alarm clicker in my coffee this morning as I was dropping off my son and now the clicker is no longer working. The battery and all else is good but I am unable to start the car. Any help would be appreciated. P
JA: Have you tried locking and unlocking the driver's side door using the key itself?
Customer: Hum, no I have not but the car is not locked. Sorry if that sounds like I don't know much about this subject.
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: It's a 1996 Honda 2 door.
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Well, I'm not trying to fix it per say, I'm just trying to turn it on by by-passing the clicker. I looked on youtube to see if I can find the solution there, no luck so far.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.
