Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here. Both these codes indicates there is a large leak or low or no purge flow and the common cause for then to set is in most cases a failing Evaporative Emissions Canister Purge Solenoid/Valve. In order to determine if in fact that is the cause on your Civic you will need to do some testing. I have enclosed the steps to do this in the link below.
