Hello I will help you,

This is the light on the dash or the lights out back?

If out back can you unplug the brake switch on the shaft of the brake pedal and see if they go out?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
it's kind of awkward getting up in there and will take a few minutes. Can you wait?
Expert:  George H. replied 11 months ago.

Sure, I will be here.

I know it is tough to get up there, if the lights turn off see if the plunger for the switch is resting on a solid piece and if you can push it up in the switch and make the lights go out.

You either have a hole where the plunger rests that needs to be filled with a stop, the nut is loose and the switch needs to be adjusted or te switch has failed.
