JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: The unit makes a clicking sound and the radio plays
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: 2001 Accord se
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I have pushed the power and eject buttons together
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I inserted a second cd which played. When I tried to eject, it would not and would not play any longer

IF this is Factory Unit......
Typically the "clicking noise" from the CD is caused from the CD not being able to raise high enough to Eject, which the Servo & Gears is responsible for
This usually indicates the CD Mechanism needs to be Repaired or Replaced

Many times you can find the same Model Number Unit On-Line, E-Bay, etc for less than Repair.
As these Units get older, the plastic internal parts wear or break & Parts are getting harder to find
