2003 odyssey. Barely starts runs rough and dies. No engine

2003 odyssey. Barely starts runs rough and dies.
No engine codes. New fuel pump and relay. Have spark all plugs,checked DTC manually,OK. Compression test 220psi all cylinders. Ran injector cleaner through all injectors.
No change.

Hello welcome to just answer I am master tech and will be able to assist you today.

I would like to do a quick test.

if you can unbolt the EGR valve and place a business card under it blocking both ports and then re tighten it then see if it will start of remain the same.

I will try this tonight. I know the van seems to be running rich...too much gas.

brand /gap ?

Gas pressure 45psi when first starts drops to 25psi after running.

when you disconnect the vacuum line what does it go to ?

cause the fact now codes and we have known issues with the egr valves sticking and causing the valve to stick open and cause these conditions.

drive it and see cleans out

ok from your readings its got no fuel pressure.

I would be looking at the fuel pump as a failing issue as of now

ok lets dry to isolate one problem first.

lets work on the fuel problem first.

I would make sure their is no blockage in the fuel lines and then if they are all clear

that is for the idle air control valve.

Gas is staying at about 40psi rpm 1500
When i give it gas drops to 15-20

ok then either the filter is plugged or the pump is going bad

Drained gas tank. This is the second fuel pump. Only filter i could find was attached to the bottom of the fuelpump

ok then the system is getting more air then it was programmed. possible dirty throttle body holding the throttle plate open more then required. or a failing IACV valve.
