Hello my name is ***** ***** I can help you with this. I am an ASE master tech.

You could have a throttle cable that is out of adjustment. Is the check engine light on?

You could also have a throttle position sensor problem, but this would usually set a code. If the exhaust was plugged, it would have no power all the time. You could remove an oxygen sensor and see if it still does it.

Please let me know if you have any more questions and hopefully this helped you out.

Thanks, Dan
