the issue is the key tumblers have failed do to a worn out key.

you have 2 options to try and resolve this on your own.

1 is to get some wd-40 and use the straw that comes the spray.

and try to spray some on the key and let it wick down in the cylinder.

this sometimes works and will free the lock up.

you will need to work the key back and forth several times

the second option is to remove the ignition lock assembly and replace the unit.

I personally have had luck with the wd-40 in the past.
