Without having the proper Honda diagnostic tester we need to use the process of elimination to find the issue. The most common thing we see is faulty hood latch switches. If you disconnect the hood latch switch and the alarm no longer sounds on its own you will know the latch is bad. The connector should be right at the switch. Disconnecting it will make the hood look like it is always closed.
