There are a couple of things you can try, but if the Window Motor or Regulator is bad, then you will need to remove the Door Panel & the Regulator bolts & "rig" something to hold the Window up until you get time to repair.

Open door
Have someone use the Window switch to the UP position
You sandwich the window glass between both hands
As someone switches the window up, you pull up the glass.
IF it will not move, then the Door Panel needs to be removed

Remove the Window Regulator bolts & push window & regulator up
Then you will need to fabricate something to hold it up
Metal bracket, screw hole into the Regulator, Duct Tape, etc

typically the Regulator cable breaks
Here is Regulator Replacement

It is always a good practice to replace the Regulator with the Window Motor as a unit
