Did the radio "beep" before the last number was entered?

Can you post the u and l numbers here and the code so I can recheck them?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't think it beeped. U1116, L5213
Code 46561
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

That should be the correct code for your radio. If the radio is displaying ERRORE you will need to disconnect the battery for a few minuets before trying again.

If not please enter the numbers slowly and listen for a beep. If it does beep before you enter that last number just stop and start over.

Let me know if you get the radio to take the code.

Thank you!!!!! I will try it right now.
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

ok. I will be on line for a few minuets if you need me.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. Still not working and doesn't beep until after the last number is *****
Expert:  Steve replied 1 year ago.

That is odd. Sometimes a serial number has different codes but this was the only number that came up.

Other than removing the radio to check the serial number on the label I have nothing else I can think of.

It's ok. It's been months dealing with this. I'm just going to go get a new radio put in. Too tired of this one. Thank you
