Welcome to JustAnswer.

If you don't have spark and the coil is new the ignition control module(ICM) is probably bad. Honda calls the ICM an igniter unit.

PRIMARI IGNITION COIL IS GOOD
Expert:  Honda-Man replied 2 years ago.

The ICM controls the primary so there will be spark from the secondary coil. If you have voltage to the black/yellow coil wire most likely the ICM is bad. It's fairly common for the ICM to fail and cause your problem. You replaced the coil so the next likely part to replace is the ICM.

Thanks, Honda-Man
