AC Blower wont blow. Fuses good. Blower & transistor replaced. worked briefly. new transistor passes volt & diode test. blower twitches when power applied via key.

Have you checked voltage at the blower motor? Can you please tell me what the voltage is? You might have a bad blower motor relay. Try switching the blower motor relay with the compressor clutch relay to see what happens. Also try unplugging the power transistor and grounding the green wire. The blower motor should come on. This will check the fuse, relay, and blower motor all at the same time. Please let me know what you find out.
