My 2008 Honda Odyssey alarm keeps going off at the hotel? How do I disengage this or reset it so I can get to sleep?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
I'm assuming you have just factory security since you don't mention otherwise.
Factory security will arm when locking the doors with the power lock switch or the key fob, it will disarm when pressing the unlock button.
If the factory alarm is going off while the van is parked then odds are you have a failing door ajar switch.
In the mean time what you can do is lock the doors but not set the alarm. After shutting the engine off you can lock the doors manually with the mechanical lock knobs and then close the doors without pressing the power lock switch or key fob. The alarm shouldn't arm and therefore won't go off while it's parked.
