You say that you are seeing vaporized fluid, is the power steering fluid low when checking it with the engine off?
Have you had any issues with the battery going dead overnight or poor air conditioning performance?

If the battery has been going dead and with the vapor you are seeing I can tell you that you have a sticking ac compressor relay. This relay is located in the large fuse box under the hood. There should be 3 or 4 relays that all look the same. With the van running and the ac off you may be able to look down and see the compressor running or feel larger line going toward the inside getting cold. If you pull out a relay and the compressor stops you know you got the correct relay. The relays should be in stock at your local Honda dealer and are not very expensive.
