I have a 98 honda accord I charge the battery and try to start it turned over and didn't start I turned it off and I tried to start it again and it would not turn I push the switch to turn and it just beep

What is the battery voltage now, so far it sounds like this is a weak battery issue or there is an aftermarket electronic on the vehicle that is preventing the engine from starting. Can you comment on these things? You want a excellent 5 star answer & I would like to be rated the same for providing it. Consider I don't know your skill level & I can't see, smell, hear, or touch the vehicle. It may take a few back and forth replies. Try your best to respond with good detail so I can do the same.
