Accord: I have a 2004 Honda Accord, 5 speed Manual; Engine

Customer Question

I have a 2004 Honda Accord, 5 speed Manual; Engine cranks but won't start. I'm getting voltage to the solenoid and the starter is spinning the engine. The tach shows about 2-300 rpm as it's trying to start. I can hear the fuel pump when I first turn the key. Have installed new battery and installed a new negative batt cable with the end grounded to the engine block instead of the body. No fault codes from my code reader.
