Honda civic: Honda Civic 2000 LX, headlights out (both sides),

Honda Civic 2000 LX, headlights out (both sides), but high beam lights work.
Changed one light bulb(9003/HB2 ST) on passenger side, didn't work.

If the high beams are working then first check the headlamp fuses, #21 and #22. If they are ok, use a volt meter to check for power and ground at the headlamp connector.

fixed it. I didn't test properly. I wasn't correct when I said that both low beam lights are out. The lever was pulled inward when I did that so only high beam light was on.
