Stephen D :

Hello, thank you for choosing Just Answer. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help with your Accord transmission troubles.

Stephen D :

These accords are known for faulty TCMs. If removing the fuse solves the problem for a little while, you likely need to replace the TCM.

Stephen D :

They run around $50-$100 used and in the $200 range rebuilt. Not a difficult job. It is located behind the carpet in the passenger foot well.

Stephen D :

Did that answer your question?
